We had an incredible stay at a cozy hotel in a beautiful tropical location. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the fish and curry dishes prepared by the talented chef. The staff was incredibly warm and friendly, always ready to offer assistance and share a meal or drink. We also loved the fresh water from the tap and the personal touch of the owner's story in our room. The hotel organized a fantastic Jungle Safari BBQ, combining a thrilling safari with a mouthwatering BBQ in a stunning setting. We left feeling relaxed and already planning our next visit. highly recommended!

Just a short stroll away from the stunning Arugambay Beach, this cozy accommodation offers a wide range of activities for guests to enjoy. The highlight of our stay was definitely the water sports facilities. We had an absolute blast trying out different water activities such as surfing and kayaking. It felt like we were riding waves like pros, just like professional surfers effortlessly gliding through the ocean. The experience was invigorating and exhilarating, leaving us with memories we'll cherish forever.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and surrounded by nature. the rooms are well-maintained and clean, while the breakfast is delicious and with plenty of options. the staff is friendly and always willing to help. Guests can also enjoy the Jungle BBQ Safari and Surf Safari, which offer unique experiences to explore the area. the vegetarian options available are a great plus for the hotel.

The lack of air conditioning may be a problem during the hotter months.

As eco hipsters, we found our perfect retreat at East Surf Cabanas. For 4 days, we enjoyed being just a few hundred meters from the main street. The staff were excellent, going above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast here was the best we had in Sri Lanka, especially the avocados on toast. We also loved the surf lessons, with a friendly and patient instructor catering to all abilities. The jungle BBQ and safari experience was a once-in-a-lifetime event, with fresh fish, beers, and stunning sunset views over the lagoon. Special thanks to Raffiella for being the perfect host. We're definitely planning to come back next year!

amazing stay, even better than last time in Arugam Bay. Great facilities, awesome hosts, and delicious breakfast. Loved the eco room and outdoor shower. Definitely recommend this place!

The rooms offered delightful views and a great atmosphere. The breakfast was scrumptious and well-portioned. The location was just perfect, it was close to both the beach and the restaurants, which were all within walking distance. The communal areas were great, and the staff was friendly and welcoming at all times.

The accommodation was fairly open, which meant that it was not ideal if you're a light sleeper, as noises from outside disturbed the peace. The Wi-Fi could be improved, as the range was not sufficient for guests who needed to stay connected.

The outside shower was a jaw-dropping experience, and the jungle night BBQ safari was super exciting! We felt so safe and sound in this pleasant and quiet place with a family atmosphere. The breakfasts were top-notch, catering to both hungry surfers and those looking for a continental option. The surroundings were just perfect, with a short walk to the city. Can't recommend this place enough!
